The Junior League of Waterloo-Cedar Falls is hosting their 3rd Little Black Dress Initiative Week November 8th-12th. The purpose of LBDI week is to spread awareness about the issues facing teenagers in the Cedar Valley. Please join us for a Luncheon on November 9th at the Hilton Garden Inn in Cedar Falls at 11:45 PM, featuring Kimberly Fitten.
