“Put your people skills to work” We are looking for a hands-on Event Tech to support all aspects of event production during the holiday season. As an important member of the team you will perform various crucial tasks, from organizing equipment to reviewing contracts, announcements and guest mgmt. If you enjoy ways to standout and opportunities for advancement in a production environment, and you are an individual who can multi-task, solve problems and do things proactively, you’ll quickly become invaluable member of our team. Responsibilities * Facilitate deliveries and help prepare and set up event sites. * Perform quality checks, inspections, and equipment tests. * Assist staff and other crew members. * Communicate with vendors, management personnel, guests, and technical experts as necessary. * Help coordinate promotional activities. * Conduct crowd control by putting up signs, directing pedestrians away from unauthorized areas, etc. * Perform administrative work as needed. * Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude. * Undertake errands as assigned. Requirements * Computer literacy. * Excellent organizational and multi-tasking ability. * Resourcefulness and problem-solving. * A team player with great communication skills. * Physical strength and stamina, able to lift 80lbs on a regular basis. * Construction experience an asset. * Flexible schedule. * Must be available for nights and weekends. * Able to travel out of state. * Own transportation, and smart phone. * A valid driver’s license. * Covid vaccine required. - Our goal is to ensure every production is executed, smoothly, and problem-free.
