The North Las Vegas Police Department invites NLV residents to join us for a Safe Halloween Movie Night. This is a FREE event! On Wednesday, October 27, 2021, the North Las Vegas Police Department is hosting its 21st Annual Safe Halloween event. Families are invited to join us at the West Wind Drive-In located (4150 W. Carey Ave., NLV) for a FREE movie night. The event is open to children 12 years and under accompanied by an adult 21 years or older. Each vehicle will receive a bag of Halloween candy and a coupon for one free tub of popcorn. Admittance is restricted to the first 200 vehicles with a valid ticket for entry. For event tickets, submit request via this Eventbrite portal. Only one registration per person, per vehicle and no duplicate names will be accepted. For admittance, please bring the printed copy of your Eventbrite ticket with you, there will be no entry without one.
