Qualifications: Excellent communication skills and willing to assist all types of people Strong interpersonal, problem solving and customer service capabilities Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and take initiative Uphold high standards, with unyielding dedication and integrity in order to promote positive relationships with our residents, investors, employees, and vendors Responsibilities: Wash maintenance equipment (trucks, lawnmowers) on weekly basis Maintain community guidelines by reporting community appearance violations to community manager Read meters for water/gas/electric utilities Encourage community rules and evaluate violations Patch and repair common roads and resident driveways; paint curbs in common areas Job Type: Full-time Pay: $12.00 - $17.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred) Language: Spanish (Preferred) Work Location: Multiple locations
