I recently adopted Cooper, but my landlord's dog does not like him and barks at him all day. I have been asked to rehome him. Please help. He is timid initially and prefers females. Likes to go on walks staying close to you. Likes to play with cats and dogs (smaller than him.) He is a chihuahua/dachshund mix approximately 9 months old. Asking rehoming fee.
