Description

We will be opening our hearts as we quite literally open and strengthen our shoulders, chest, spine deepening our backbends as we heal. The Heart Chakra is the center of Love. As spirit & matter are combined, Shakti (divine feminine) and Shiva (divine masculine) are united within the heart. If the heart is the integrator and the unifier, it is also the center of healing and expansion. Indeed, Love is the ultimate force. In this workshop, we will be opening our hearts as we quite literally open and strengthen our shoulders, chest, upper, middle, and lower spine, deepening our backbends as we promote healing, self love & trust, activating our inner Lover. Using blocks, yoga straps, and wall space, we will practice foundational drills set to deepen strength and flexibility, while offering space for self awareness, understanding of energetic alignment, and self expansion. Working towards straight leg wheel pose, alien pose, and dropbacks. This workshop will be a safe space to dive deeper within YOU! All levels welcomed.
