There is cold water then only hot water. Pay - $75 remove/install new cartridge and fix problem via PayPal or venmo after job has been completed. Sorry no cash. Must have 5 to 15 years full-time plumbing experience. Drug free, reliable, good attitude, spanish-speaking a plus. Must have three recent plumbing references.
