We have a full time opening in Springfield, Missouri for a rental property maintenance trainee position, from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. We do not work weekends, and there is no traveling involved. Hourly salary is negotiable, according to your skills and experience. Paychecks are issued weekly. This is year round work, and we offer four paid holidays a year, and one week paid vacation after one year on the job. Daily duties will include helping us prepare vacant units through the rental process, as well as servicing occupied units, and we will use social distance guidelines 100% of the time. We furnish all the supplies needed. This is not a Contract Labor position, but is instead full time, year round employment with W-2s issued at years end. We are searching for a new team member with a strong skill set to compliment the rest of our remodeling team, including carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, or electrical skills. Not necessarily all those skills. Tell us what you know.
