WEST HAVEN, CT — The West Haven Animal Shelter is asking for help with finding a lost dog's owner. "This sweet guy was found roaming in the area of Second Ave and Jones St.," the animal shelter wrote in a post on Facebook. "No collar, tags or microchip. If anyone knows his owner or where he lives please contact the West Haven Animal Shelter at 203-937-3642 any day between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. please leave all messages in the general voicemail."
