SEATTLE — Based on flavor, vibrance, and a ranking to reflect the rich mosaic of American dining, the New York Times has named three Seattle restaurants in the top 50 places to eat across the country.
The first, "Communion," has vibes the Times describes as "warm and welcoming." The Times highlights the neck-bone stew on the menu and writes that each dish has a certain pull. The second restaurant on the list was Korean restaurant "Paju," whose dishes were described as "elegant and expressive."
Also on the list is the Filipino restaurant, "Archipelago."
Topping the Times' list is Fish Lonja, out of San Antonio, with a Mexican and coastal cities flair, and ranging all the way to Jones' Bar-B-Q Diner out of Marianna, Arkansas, which is one of the oldest continuously operated Black-owned businesses in the country.
