Press release from the City of Gig Harbor: September 23, 2021 WOLLOCHET INTERCHANGE SELF-STORAGE FACILITY | PL-SEPA-20-0001 The proposal includes the construction of five buildings totaling approximately 102,371 gross square feet, (buildings A – E).  The applicant is proposing a mix of storage lockers ranging in size from 25 square feet to over 250 square feet.  Building A is proposed for heated units with 4 covered loading bays and elevator access to three floors.  Building B is proposed for a mix of interior heated lockers and exterior unheated lockers. Buildings C, D and E are all exterior access lockers and unheated.  Six off-street parking stalls are proposed along the south side of Building A, where the administrative office is also proposed to be located. The applicant also proposes 11 off-street vehicle loading berths. Vehicular access is proposed via a new driveway off of Wollochet Dr. This press release was produced by the City of Gig Harbor.
