REQUIREMENTS *** COVID Vaccine Required and masking policy enforced*** - Ability to lift 20 lbs; stand, bend, kneel, push, pull and perform cleaning duties - Valid drivers license and insured transportation - Smart phone with GPS - 18 years or older - Able to pass a criminal background check BENEFITS - Great hours between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm, Monday-Friday (Optional Saturdays) - Competitive pay starting at $15 per hour plus TIPS - All cleaning supplies/equipment provided A day in the life of a Home Clean Home Cleaning Technician:- - You receive a text at noon the day before alerting you to 2-3 homes you will be cleaning the next day. They are all in the Maple Valley area so they are all fairly close to each other. -At 8:00am, you arrive the office to meet up with your teammate, pack supplies and equipment up and head to your first client’s home together. -Arrive at your first appointment at 8:30am. Because we always work in teams, it only takes 2-3 hours to clean each home (it may take more or less time depending on the size of each home). -After your client you have 45 minutes scheduled off. 30 minutes for your meal break and 15 minutes drive time before your next scheduled appointment. -You and your teammate clean one or two more homes (Typically at 11:15 and 1:30), return to the office to drop off laundry and supplies after completing your work for the day and you are off by 4:30pm. About You: -You are extremely reliable. Being late drives you a bit batty. -You don’t need to work full time but don’t mind working on Saturday occasionally. -You are a hard worker. -You take pride in your work. You agree that Home Clean Home is the best cleaning company in town. -You’re incredibly customer-oriented. You try to do a fantastic job for all your customers. -You are an excellent communicator, kind and friendly. -You don’t mind working for a new, fast-growing company.
