Here are the top stories today in Buffalo: After 19 months of Covid-19 travel restrictions, Buffalo Niagara residents and businesses welcome the border reopening. The U.S.-Canadian border closed to nonessential travel on March 21, 2020 – but the American side will finally reopen to vaccinated travelers next month, three months after the Canadian side did. Much remains unknown about the reopening, such as its exact date and exactly how stringent the vaccination requirement will be. (Buffalo News)The Buffalo Museum of Science has a new exhibit that encourages kids to explore the world around them through their senses. Kids can build the Buffalo skyline with colorful Legos and plunge into the depths of the lake in a yellow submarine. From the table of lights to the wonderful water table, museum officials say it's a way to introduce young children to stem in a fun educational way.
