Description

Well established Lumberyard seeking Warehouse associate. This person receives incoming materials, unloads vendor trucks, prepares and loads outgoing materials for delivery, replenishes bins with replacement material and keeps the warehouse neat and clean. Responsibilities include: Drive a forklift to load and unload flatbed trucks/semis (1-3 years preferred, 1 year minimum) Replenish lumber bins with material Receiving materials Locating and staging materials Assist customers with loading materials Assist with counting of physical inventory May be assigned facilities maintenance duties as needed Organizing warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times Requirements: Ability to read and interpret documents such as pick lists, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Good communication and problem solving skills Prompt attendance and reliability Detail oriented Ability to lift at least 100 lbs. Ability to pull at least 100 lbs. Ability to work outside Ability to read a tape measure An aptitude for math This is a full-time hourly position Monday-Friday Paid Holidays, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401K, and PTO
