Rehoming my 2.5 year old dog

Meet Odin Odin belonged to a disabled vet as a pup but unfortunately his owner didn’t have the ability to train him. I adopted Odin less than a year ago but as it turns out, I don’t have as much time to work with him as I’d hoped. My house caught fire and much of my time now is spent working with insurance and contractors to rebuild, on top of working full time. Odin needs a home preferably with no cats or small children, dogs are okay. He needs someone who is patient, home often, and willing to put effort into training him, as he needs more structure than what I can provide right now. We love Odin and will be sad to see him go but we know that we are not the most suitable home for him. I am asking a rehoming fee of $300 but this is negotiable. I just want to make sure he goes to a good home.
