Have your own tools. Stretcher. Iron. Etc.
One seam in master about 6’.
Other 2 rooms.
5-600 sq ft. I’ll post exact number by this evening.

Carpet in garage. Can lay out and cut inside.
Need a professional. Have other work on regular basis.
Will help with clean up and tear out. No disposal of old carpet.
