Looking for a Handy man for big and small jobs in 7 properties in North East Miami that are used as short-term vacation rentals. We are looking for someone who can handle a variety of jobs and assist in maintaining the properties.
We provide some tools but are looking for people who have their own tools. We are looking for someone who is reliable, has a method of transportation and can speak English.
Position will mostly be full time but will vary based on needs.
Will be paid by hour or job.
Hourly rate is $25 - $30 an hour
Looking for someone to put on salary once relationship is established.
