PARKING ENFORCMENT PERSONNEL NEEDED IMMEDIATELY ****SIGN ON BONUS AFTER 90-DAYS OF EMPLOYMENT**** ****Military Veterans Encouraged to Apply**** Local parking company is seeking full-time parking enforcement personnel for 2nd shift, nights and weekends. You would be required to work weekend night and you days off would be through the week. Job Requirements: Must be able to send emails; ability to learn or use outlook and excel are preferred. Monitor and enforce all parking regulations, issue parking violations, wheels locks and or tow as needed; Your own reliable transportation (mileage will be reimbursed); Willing to work in all types of weather conditions; experience working outdoors is preferred; Comfortable working with or without supervision; Demonstrate the ability to learn new skills, including repairing malfunctioning parking equipment; Able to adapt to different situations and think on your feet; parking lot/garage maintenance; Communicate professionally to customers, clients and co-workers; At least 18 years of age; Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; Knowledge of uptown Charlotte is definitely a plus.
