I really need a cat tree

My friend lost his home in the Fawn Fire. He and his kittie are living with me until he has his home rebuilt. I have little doggies. I would really appreciate a cat tree for his kittie. He needs a place to eat quietly, and high enough that my doggies cannot get his food. He needs a lookout place, and a place to appropriately sharpen his claws. Although my furniture is not new, he needs a better place for scritchieing. Thank you for your time. Happy thoughts
