Press release from TriCounty Area Chamber of Commerce: October 14, 2021 Malvern Federal Charitable Foundation Donates $68,500 in Grants to 13 Nonprofits Malvern Federal Charitable Foundation's inaugural Polo for Charity event at the Brandywine Polo Club in Toughkenamon, Pa., held on September 26th, raised funds toward the group's 2021 grants.   PAOLI, Pa., October 13, 2021 – The Malvern Federal Charitable Foundation, the charitable arm of Malvern Bank, has made financial grants totaling $68,500 to 13 nonprofits. The grants were made possible in part through the proceeds of the Foundation's inaugural Charity Polo Match held on September 26, 2021, at the Brandywine Polo Club in Toughkenamon, Pa. Proceeds benefited nonprofit organizations in Malvern Bank's service areas – Southeastern Pennsylvania, Northern New Jersey, and Palm Beach County, Fla.   The grants were made to Community Volunteers in Medicine, Foundation for Learning in Tredyffrin-Easttown, Maternal and Child Health Consortium, North Star of Chester County, New Beginnings Attainable Housing Fund, and Peter's Place, all located in Southeastern Pennsylvania. Additional grants included Curing Kid's Cancer in Atlanta, Ga.; Non-Profits First, Quantum House and Speak Up for Kids in Palm Beach County, Fla.; and Housing Solutions, Inc., Roots & Wings, and Vantage Health System in Northern New Jersey.   The Malvern Federal Charitable Foundation was established in 2008 to support programs for housing assistance, local education, not-for-profit medical facilities, not-for-profit community groups, and other charitable causes that contribute to the quality of life in the local community. Since its founding, the Foundation has awarded grants totaling $878,500 to dozens of nonprofits serving tens of thousands of individuals in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Florida.   "The inaugural Malvern Federal Charitable Foundation Charity Polo Match was designed to boost interest in, and giving to, the charitable organizations in Malvern Bank's service areas," said Anthony C.
