Looking for Handy men/contractors that can handle general maintenance calls with occupied homes in the Cleveland Ohio area consisting of general construction, plumbing, electrical, paint, dry wall, tile, land scape, fencing, windows/glass repairs etc etc. Helps with contacts for larger plumbing, electricians when needed, roofing, HVAC - Also turns where a tenant leaves home and we need to light remodel for next tenant - typically 2 men jobs... Could grow into full rehabs. Very consistent work and long term growth with our company- we are a 1099 group and require GL Insurance and WC or WC exemption form- We pay via ACH every Friday for work completed by Wednesday - we allow you to purchase material at Home Depot via our credit Must be able to use computer to send pictures, invoicing and normal communication such as receiving work orders
