Are you 16-18 years old? Interested in a career in construction? Join Pathways to Y.E.S. - What is Pathways to Y.E.S.? A program that provides work-readiness training for a successful career path in the high-demand construction industry (trades, business, and professions). This program aims to equip students, ages 16-18, with the 21st century job skills by preparing them for employment and life after graduation. - Who can join? 16-18 years olds, in or out of school. You will: - complete 40 hours of work readiness training, in person or online. - learn life skills (managing home, finances) and improve digital literacy. - complete 160 hours of work experience. - create networking connections for a successful career. Support services include: - transportation assistance to work experience assignments. - assistance with obtaining workwear & tools. - assistance applying for college or training program, if desired, upon graduation.
