Hello I’m Tanisha Thiery a Holistic Practitioner certified in Reiki healing and equipped in many other forms of energy work. Divine led my path has always brought me back to helping others help themselves. Always believing true change starts within before we begin to see the physical manifestations. Often times on our journey, especially as parents, we want to show our children our ways to have them grow as we grow. It can be challenging navigating through your own healing while holding space for your little ones. This is where I come into the picture to assist in the ways I am able. Providing the same services typically only available to adults to put next generation. Day to day I am walking your child through yoga, meditation, breath work and even yoga philosophy. Showing them ways to self regulate as well as alternative ways to express oneself. Open 5 days a week Monday-Friday from 7:00-5:00 with a plant based breakfast and lunch offered. Your little will have the space to learn and grow as you are. If you have been looking for that right moment to bring your child into the fold look no further.
