Description

CONCORD, NH — The U.S. Marshals-New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is asking for the public's help finding a child assault suspect. Logan McCallister Graham is 26, about 5 feet, 9 inches tall, and weighs 145 pounds. He has blue eyes and brown hair but no known or recognizable tattoos or scars. A warrant for Graham's arrest was issued in early August after he was accused of failure to appear in Belknap County Superior Court, according to Jeffrey White, a deputy marshal. The child, he noted, was under 13. "Graham was last known to reside in Laconia, NH, but his current whereabouts are unknown," White said. According to superior court records, the incident in question occurred in February 2019 in the city of Laconia. Graham was charged with felony second-degree assault and endangering the welfare of a child or incompetent in April 2019. He failed to appear at a final pretrial hearing in November 2019 and the case was continued across many months. Graham also requested competency hearings and failed to appear at one on Aug. 3. Anyone who knows where Graham is or sees anyone who looks like him should contact local police or the task force at 603-225-1632.
