Hi,
I have a Lang 84 Competition Stick (real wood) Smoker with a Chargrill Add-on.
I bought it several years ago with the intention of using it to market food based startup brand line of products that I never had time to properly pursue.
So, I had it sandblasted and painted it recently and am looking to "place" it somewhere to start a small business.
The smoker is capable of running approximately 100 racks of ribs over a 10 - 11 hour period, 22 - 25 Pork Butts over a 12 hour period, or a combination of the two, and other variations with chicken, salmon, etc.
I am not set on a specific model as it could just as easily wind up at a busy sportsbar, a restaurant looking to add a new line of food products to their menu, or even making and delivering smoked pork butts, ribs, brisket, and other food items to restaurants we would have agreements with.
