We're a property management company looking for our new "Go To" guy that we can call for our tenants' needs. Someone who can do an array of various odd jobs. Some examples: hang blinds, put up a ceiling fan, change out faucets, put up smoke alarms, minor painting, inspecting a unit after a move out to see what needs work, etc. Everything short of needing a professional (plumber, painter, electrician, carpenter, etc.). You must be pleasant and very dependable. We would call you with the tenant's name, number and situation, then you would set the appointment per "both" of your availability. You would invoice us, the management company, per job. Invoices would be paid monthly, once the rents are received (between the 1st-8th)
In addition to having your own truck and tools, you must possess a Business License and hold (or get) a 1 million dollar insurance policy. If interested, please contact Rachel.
