We are currently renovating approximately 15-20 homes a month in LA county and the volume is anticipated to double over the next 12 months. We are a large publicly traded company servicing many markets nationwide in the buying, renovating and selling of residential properties. On average we pay our partner vendors within 7 days once job is completed via direct deposit.
