Gutter Cleaner This is a full-time position paid an hourly rate plus tips and commissions. On average our gutter cleaning technicians earn between $17 and $25 per hour based on the number of homes completed. Work shirts, hats, and foul weather gear will be provided, as well as safety boots and other PPE Job Responsibilities: Our Gutter Cleaning Technicians perform gutter cleanings for residential and commercial properties in Montgomery County Maryland following company safety & quality standards. All technicians drive our company vehicles and are provided a route list and all tools necessary to complete the job. Your work ethic and your ability to provide an outstanding, professional and complete service for our customers is extremely important. Job Requirements: Drive company vehicle to job locations, setup ladders, perform gutter services, update client records and job status using a phone app. Must have experience using extension ladders up to 32' high. Must be comfortable transitioning from a ladder to a roof, walking roofs, transitioning back to a ladder, and coming down the ladder. Eligibility Requirements: MUST NOT have fear of heights. Experience working with 32’ ladders. Valid Drivers License. Ability to communicate clearly in English. Able to work independently and/or with a crew. Minimum 1 year of experience providing rain gutter services for a company. We will also cross-train for power washing services. Our standard working hours are from 8am – 5pm, Monday through Friday.
