Hi, I am a female in my mid 30’s, special education teacher looking to rent a room on the UpperWest- or Eastside  (below 90th st.)  My dates are flexible but looking to move as soon as possible. Looking for a either furnished or unfurnished. Prefer doorman, but must have elevator, and laundry.
