Looking for playdate for my Basset Hound

Hi, I am a single 56 year old man who lives alone with my 7 year old Basset Hound, Jasper. I would love to find someone who has a fenced in yard (preferably with Bassets also) where I could let Jasper come and play every now and then. I have to always walk him on a leash and also leave him at home alone three days per week while I’m at work. I feel so bad that he doesn’t have more time to just hangout with other dogs. If you have a Basset you know that they’re a wonderful breed but have their own way of doing things…I would love to see him having fun with some other dogs. Plus, he’s gotten overweight (like his owner) and really needs more exercise too. I’d offer to host myself, but I live in a one bedroom condo and have no yard.
