We are Creative Outdoor Advertising, an advertising firm doing business across US and Canada since 1984. We advertise on street furniture like benches, bus shelters and recycling bins that you have probably seen in your neighborhood. We are looking for a handy and reliable person who enjoys working outdoors to maintain street furniture sites in the Des Moines, IA area. Pay information: Base $225.00 a month with opportunity for additional earnings for extra service requests. This is a part-time (5 hours per month) long-term opportunity with training provided throughout. It's the perfect job for semi-retired individuals looking for something to keep them busy and boost their income or general laborer's who are looking for more hours and income to add into their flexible schedule. Job Duties: · perform site visits and take photos of the site · sign installations · general maintenance and upkeep of the furniture Experience: Contractors, landscapers, groundskeepers, property managers, would all be suitable backgrounds.
