Rental Company Hiring Maintenance/Rehab Postions

We are an up and coming rental company in the Columbus, Ohio area. We currently manage 70+ properties and adding more monthly! We are currently looking to bring on more positions to assist us with our current maintenance and rehab work. If you are an experienced handyman or have experience with rehabs and looking for consistent work, we are hiring for immediate help now. Typical day includes either simple maintenance work in rental units or turn over/rehab work in new properties. We are always working to improve our properties and operations. Examples of Duties Include: Fix door not shutting properly Drill in anchors to drywall then to mount Mount things on concrete Patch small hole in wall Paint wall/trim Unclog sink drains Recaulk shower Replace shower head Replace shower diverter Unclog toilet Replace lightbulb Replace toilet wax ring Replace toilet fill valve General toilet maintenance Skills We Look For: Basic plumbing knowledge (I.e how to snake a drain, how to check p-trap, how to change toilet wax ring, understanding of using white plumbers tape, etc) Basic electrical understanding (I.e How to shut off a breaker in order to replace a light switch) Ability to show up on time and on a short times notice, this could mean at 8am or 8pm at night (extra pay for emergency calls) The ability to work well with other as a team to meet daily and weekly goals in order to finish projects by deadlines. Compensation: negotiable on experience and skillset. We pay fair hourly wages and have opportunity for increased pay with time.
