Rehome handicapped dog

I picked up this dog on my way home from work, I had pulled off the road onto a gravel backroad and parked, shortly after this fella excitedly limped as fast as he could towards me.. I have 5 dogs and 2 of them are temperamental towards him, my wife is also allergic to him. If my wife wasn't allergic and all my dogs got along nicely with him, I'd foster him till I could find him a home. Where I'm at right now is if I can't find him a home in the next couple days, I'll have to bring him to a vet to request euthanasia.. I have tried several no kill shelters, none are equipped to take care of him. ***rehoming fee*** Due to the complexity of this dog's limitations, the rehoming fee is not a set amount, if you aren't willing to buy a front support wheelchair (they aren't universal, you won't find one on Amazon, they are custom) then you aren't a fit for this dog.
