Capital District Beginnings is an educational agency that provides services for children with special needs through collaborative programming in the Capital District region. We are currently recruiting for a Facilities worker to join our team in our East Greenbush location. As our Facilities worker for Beginnings, you would perform or contract all electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs. Maintain COVID compliant cleaning. Manage and maintain cleanliness and inventory of storage. Perform inspections. Make deliveries between sites for mail and classroom deliveries. Assist in classroom setups and moves. Additional tasks may be required. The schedule for the Facilities position is Monday thru Friday. This is a part or full-time position, 25-37.5 hours per week. Requirements • Clean and valid Driver’s license • 1 to 3 years of general maintenance experience • Intermediate skills using manual and power tools This position offers the following benefits: Access to health, dental, and vision insurance.
