Hiring Manager for Day of the Dead Event

Our agency is hiring (1) on-site Manager to represent a premium tequila brand for a Dia de los Muertos, on-premise activation at Vin Dey Syrah. The event will include themed activity stations, giveaways, and product samples throughout the footprint. The on-site manager will work alongside BAs to bring high energy and consumer engagement by checking in guests, leading the branded activities, spreading brand messaging, and by maintaining the event space to best promote the brand in their market. Pay Rate: $35/hr (before taxes; W-2 employee) Shift details: 10/26/2021 3PM-11PM Vin Dey Syrah (901 Fifth Ave, San Diego, CA 92101) Duties: • Load/unload assets, set up and breakdown of bar and custom cocktail machine and overall footprint • Overall management of brand ambassadors and event vendors/coordinators, being their main point-of-contact during the event • Work alongside BAs in greeting/checking-in guests; maintain line to the bar • Encourage consumers in ordering customer cocktails from bartenders • Educate consumers about the brand; relay brand messaging • Lead contactless activity and giveaway stations • Submit recap/timesheet in a timely manner Must: • Be 21+ to apply • At least 1 year on-site management experience, especially in alcohol space • Have own team of BA referrals; 4 BA’s needed (pay rate is $26/hr, hours are 4PM-10PM) • Be willing to abide by CDC guidelines, including wearing a mask and gloves (provided) • Be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs • Have access to reliable transportation • Spanish speaking preferred To apply, reply to this ad with your name, contact info, and relevant management experience!
