Great starting pay for experienced care providers for adults with developmental disabilities. OIS Training and experience creating trusting relationships in order to reduce challenging behaviors a plus. This is a life calling to be of service and to help individuals who are rarely valued or appreciated believe in themselves, their gifts, and their potential to shine in the world. Must be able to see the good and call it out. Compassion, humor, sensitivity, creativity, and enjoyment in life enrichment activities mandatory. Be a role model and mentor and share your passions. Work in a beautiful home with other amazing individuals in support of three people. This is a home environment, not a program or facility.
