We have an opening for a Maintenance Technician for a 200-unit Apartment community in Temple, Texas. Applicants must be knowledgeable of general safety procedures. Must be able to pass a background check. Qualified applicants must have: * 3+ years Apartment Maintenance experience; * HVAC experience; * Plumbing & Electrical experience; * Knowledgeable and experience with preventive maintenance; * Verifiable work experience history; * Quality tools required.
