Furthermore, we continuously work with our team to ensure that everyone develops and maintains a high level of skill and knowledge regarding moving in the field.   Job Description:   We are looking for a field supervisor capable of managing residential and commercial moving crews. The job would entail communicating with the customer and crews, training and coaching new crew members, and ensuring that jobs are completed in a timely and efficient manner. One of the roles of the field supervisor is that you’ll be working in and out of the office regularly. Experience is not necessary, but the candidate must be punctual, organized, have strong leadership skills. A valid driver's license is required. You must be able to pass a DOT physical/drug screening and must have the ability to drive a non-CDL box truck.   Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:  • Schedule crew members to jobs;  • Communicate and maintain good repour with supervisors, movers, and customers; • Use checklist provided by the company to complete daily tasks; • Inventory control; • Enforce company policies; • Other duties as assigned by management.      Education and Experience:  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (required);  • Driver’s License (required);  • Ability to drive non-CDL 26’ Box Trucks (required); • Minimum of 3 years of moving and dispatch experience (preferred);  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and execute daily tasks;  • Self-motivated by daily challenges, but able to comfortably work well in a team setting;  • Strong decision making, problem-solving, and project management skills;  • Excellent organizational skills;  • Excellent customer service skills;  • Excellent skills in basic computer literacy and mathematics.      Compensation:  • Starting at: $39,520/year - $49,920/year
