Now hiring for a Custom Home Construction Field Superintendent *Prevailing wage opportunities available* Compensation: $DOE Employment type: Full Time Responsibilities: Review incoming jobs turned over from the sales department Have a strong understanding of the residential construction process Layout and create material lists for upcoming jobs that are scheduled Monitor job tracking to ensure compliance with job budgets Work closely with the Director of Production to oversee all the crews and installs Identify and document change orders Perform quality control checks on a regular basis Work with commercial coordinator, warehouse manager and supply houses to ensure proper materials are being pulled correctly for jobs Set the example for field installers Perform disciplinary and corrective measures for field staff Follow all safety guidelines and procedures Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: Minimum 5 years experience working with custom homes Valid driver's license Be able to lift 50lbs regularly throughout the day High level customer service What we offer: *Competitive pay *401k Match *$25,000 paid term life insurance *100% paid employee medical *Paid vacation *Paid sick leave *Paid holidays *Dental insurance *Vision insurance Work for one of the largest and well-respected HVAC and Solar companies in San Diego - Action Air Conditioning, Heating & Solar.
