Phoenix Truck Driving School is celebrating its first year in Mohave County by inviting back to Kingman all of its graduates, as well as businesses from throughout the county that relies on truck drivers, to mix and mingle with those of you looking for work in the trucking & transportation industries. On November 5, 2021, from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm, you can learn what’s happening in the world of truck driving and why truck driver pay keeps going up and up. Those traditions of being away from the family and out for weeks at a time still ring authentic, but more and more companies, from the small mom-and-pop shops to the national carriers, are offering more home time, more benefits, and considerably more pay. There are companies in Mohave County that will pay upwards of $80,000 for first-year drivers.
