Looking for a playmate for my dog

I have a Pitbull X Husky mix 10 month old pup. She is a spayed female and is very lonely in her play yard, and I feel bad when she plays by herself and has no one to play in the yard with her. I can only walk her 3 times a week for 2 miles because I work more than 40 hrs a week. When she has no one to play with, she plays for a bit and then lies down in her dog house and rests. I use to take her to the dog park 2 times a week but my car broke down and I no longer own a vehicle so I can take the 15 minute drive to the dog park. Now me and my fiance decided it was time for her to get a playmate. She is older puppy, she is fixed, and he needs a sibling basically. I prefer if your dog is fixed but if not, it's ok, I'll just take her to the east valley shelter to get the cheap surgery. I did it with my current dog and their great at their job!!! Now the perfect playmate: prefer if it's a older puppy, more than 4 months old. The puppy can't grow no larger than 70lb weight limit. My current dog is 45 lbs and she's stopped growing. I can only allow Max 70lb breeds in my house. Prefer if under 70lbs. I will pay a fee no more than $300 max. Firm. And if you deliver that'll be great and send me pics and videos. I'm very finicky about choosing the right pup!!!
