Lead Foreman and crew leadership experience is a must for these high level / lead positions. O&M Industries works in various industries including food processing, agricultural, general manufacturing, etc. Knowledge of conveyor systems, equipment setting, screw and drag conveyers, spouting, steel erection, piping, stick, MIG, and TIG welding are among the numerous things we do. MSHA, Confined Space Certification along with mobile equipment such as forklifts, scissor lifts, and boom lifts are required. Must possess basic hand tools and be capable of working at heights. This is a full time position with travel in Nevada, but occasional travel to California is required. Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel.
