This Pigeon was Found in the Walmart Parking Lot, off of Watt Ave. I have Reported it, due to the Band on it's Leg. Registration Date 2001. The Tail Feathers where almost Completely Gone; And it still Cannot Fly! If you would like to Help this Pigeon out; by taking it away from becoming food! Or know anything about Pigeons?
