Are you guys experienced in creating scopes of work for residential rehab jobs ? If answered yes we should talk. We are looking for. Per job detailed scope creator. We will pay you a generous fee for each scope of work created. Our jobs are in both suffolk and nassau. Scopes will require detail line items to ensure our sub contractor can bid accurately. We pay 72 hours after each scope is complete. Pay per scope is based on the level of scope we are doing and ranges from 250 to 550.
