Looking for someone to join our team as a maintenance technician at Gateway Lakes Apartments in Grove City. 252 units with select apartments under renovation. No experience? That's OK! We will train. Lots of advancement within the company! Job entails: -Complete resident service requests in a timely manner, including after-hours requests. Participate in the on-call rotation with the rest of the maintenance team - Execute the turnover of units and make-readies for new residents - Assist in daily clean-up of the exterior of the community including grounds, breezeways and all common areas - Perform swimming pool maintenance and cleaning - Maintain sidewalks and breezeways throughout the community in the event of snow or ice -HVAC skills preferred but not required
