Well-established, financially stable, General Contractor is looking for Carpenter Helpers, to assist our foremen/project managers on several of our new large-scale, long term start-up projects specifically in/around Gaithersburg MD. The Company is 30 years old and is a major renovator of Apartment Communities, Commercial Construction, Multi-housing, Fire Restoration, and tenant build-outs. These hires will be assisting the Foreman and Project Managers in receiving and distribution of materials and supplies, general light carpentry, miscellaneous handyman labor as needed, helping to organize, co-ordinate and assist subcontractors, scheduling with Property management, etc. Requirements: 2 + years in construction related services. remodeling, renovations, kitchens, bathrooms, etc. Must live within reasonable commuting distance from Gaithersburg MD. Reliable Transportation, truck preferred. Organization, customer service skills, ability to communicate effectively, consistent attendance and willingness to work hard with a great Company.
