Brand new cat tree/condo. Bought it because I was going to surprise my granddaughter with a kitten but her mom said NO! So now it’s just taking up space in my house. Paid $106 plus tax and shipping. Will let it go for $75. Price is firm seeing as how a cat has never touched it. Must come pick it up with a big enough vehicle because I already put it together and I’m not taking it apart.
