Responsibilities and Duties: -Must be able to lift 50 pounds -Must be able to follow a repetitive daily routine -Must be reliable, a team player, and communicate well with management and employees -Must be able to work in a cultivation environment with moderate to loud noise level -Transplant -Defoliate -Trellis -Transplanting -Cloning -All general cultivation duties Qualifications: -Have reliable transportation -Experience in the cannabis industry is not required -Ability to work as a team -Ability to frequently lift and bend -Ability to work in extreme hot and cold temperatures -Ability to stand for long periods of time *Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
