Established industrial park located in Milford, MA looking for a full time general maintenance assistant to perform all aspects of upkeep in and around buildings. All buildings fully rented out, need someone who can communicate and work with tenants when necessary. Spring and fall groundskeeping and cleanups, snow plowing and shoveling in winter. Preferable background experience in the building trades for working with oil burner heaters, general knowledge in minor plumbing, electrical, construction, and painting. Machine operation, (skid steer, loaders, excavators, etc,) would be a plus. Must be able to take direction and work independently, and have a clean driving record.
