Santa Teresa, NM Job Details Full-time| Part-time Job Description ~~ Pickup & Delivery Driver for Maredano Delivery Inc. ~~ Santa Teresa, NM Pick up and delivery driver for FedEx Ground routes in Santa Teresa and El Paso Area. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspection of delivery vehicle. Dispatch and deliver all packages. Return to station and finalize the post-trip. Were are looking for drivers that want to join our team on full time and willing to work Saturdays and Sundays. Peak season is around the corner and all employees work 6 days during peak season (Typically 4-5 weeks total, subject to change depending on volume circumstances.) Qualifications • Valid Driver's License • Commercial driving experience • Regular Drivers License • Must be 21 years or older • Pass drug test\ • Pass MVR Job Requirements Work weekends Attend safety meetings Maintain clean vehicle Retrieve and maintain any delivery tools and documents Help neighboring routes when needed Must have a current valid driver's license Must be comfortable driving 16ft+ vehicle Must be able to pass a drug test and DOT physical Must be able to lift up to 75lbs unassisted and 150lbs with equipment Must have a clean DMV record Must be able to pass a criminal background check Commission Based Payment Payed weekly every Friday with Direct Deposit Training is payed at $80.00 daily, typically 1-2 weeks total which could be less or more time depending on the applicant grasp of the work. Salary for peak season drivers starts off at $120.00 daily after training completion or once you begin driving. Experienced Driver Payment Option $1.00 per stop completion Ex: If the total week completed deliveries accumulate to 800 Stops, payment is $800 before taxes. The more you delivery the more you can earn for your paycheck. Estimated weekly salary for 6 day: $720.00 Commission based can earn up to and over $1000.00 weekly if wiling to work hard. Job Types: Full-time, Temporary Pay: $400.00 - $1,000.00 per week. We speak English and Spanish.
